Doula Mentoring

Are you ready to take a deep dive into everything birth work? I offer a 6 month mentorship program for doulas who are first entering this work, as well as for those who are seasoned and looking for companionship and support in the advancement of their practice. We meet in person (Squamish BC) or virtually twice a month for 2 hours to explore the subjects & skills necessary to guide people in preparing for and supporting people in physiological birth. You will have the opportunity (if local) to shadow me at prenatal and postpartum visits, as well as potentially attend birth(s) with me. The number of prenatal & postpartum visits in addition to births is not guaranteed. This depends on the number of births I have on my calendar and requires an invitation from the people I am supporting. In the past, mentees have attended on average 3-4 births, 6 prenatal visits, and 6 postpartum visits with me. Communication via e-mail and phone is encouraged to ask questions and debrief experiences throughout the mentorship.

Upon completion of the mentorship, mentees have gone on to support me as back up for my doula clients, receive guidance in creating workshops/classes/circles, co-teach prenatal classes and workshops with me, and receive referrals for birth and postpartum clients. I am truly in this mentorship to uplift and help you achieve what you desire in this work! 

This mentorship is what I wish I had as a young doula! I am so excited and passionate about supporting others as they strive to support birthing people in a truly holistic, heart centred, and authentic way.

Investment: $1500 CAD payment plans welcomed.
